The Gator Trailer I am hoping to redo, just may not fit my boat. The model number is 216 which I think is for a 16ft. boat. My Wolverine is 14ft. The boat will not center on the trailer correctly and give a proper tongue weight. What it the difference between a model no. 214? What is the length from the rear of the trailer frame to the center of the axle. How about the front of the trailer frame to the center of the axle. Maybe I can shorten the trailer and get a good fit. Any info here?
