Does anybody know where I can find parts for a Tee Nee trailer? I need the step pads for the fenders and rollers for sure. A parts list would be great. I have the decals and hub caps.

Thank you for any help.

Randy, studebaker brake pedal pads are about as close a match as you'll find

.

Not sure what you're looking for in terms of a parts list, but I have this

Cheers

Randy, to what rollers are you referring? There are the rollers in the center beam channel, which you can get stainless steel versions on eBay, and rollers at the transom support.

Bill, these are really cool scans. Going to save these. Thanks for sharing.

The Studebaker pads are a great match for the thickness and design. But be careful that the bolt on them you use to bolt them thru the fender and the brace is big enough and long enough.
I have some parts for T Nee's new and used. This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

I know I need the rear ones. I haven't started the rebuilding so I am sure I will need more than that.

Thank you,

Randy

I just bought new rollers & cut them to size. Original rollers were grey/ off white, but I could only find black.

cheers

Well, I'm from Canada, so not much help there. Any marine supplier should have them. I hear guys talk about Harbor Freight & Northern Tool, try those.

Re:Tee Nee Trailer parts 9 years 8 months ago #107541

Bill,

I searched for a long time to find either white or black rollers for my Tee Nee. No one I could find makes one long enough with an integral shaft that you can cut down. I'm surprised you found some up there Bill. If there was any way you could track down the manufacteurer it would be a big help for others in the future.
I finally bought two rollers (no integral shaft) from etrailer that were long enough to make both pieces for each side. Problem was it had bores to fit loose over a 3/4 shaft.
I found some 7/8 stainless round bar and machined the exposed shaft area to 5/8 and the areas in the rollers to .800 in. and pressed the cut down rollers on to the shaft.
I wet sanded them on the lathe and used ArmorAll vinyl spray to shine them up a bit.
It was a lot of work, but I'm always looking for an excuse to work with my lathe. They turned out nice and the shafts will never rust.
Sure would be easier if we could find the same ones you found in Canada.

Bill,

Don't spend a lot of time trying to find them. I thought they were a recent find. They may even be out of production by now.
You have a good looking trailer!!
