I had planned to make a cover over my splashwell area to stand on like a platform. I came across a picture of a poling platform and thought hey that be better idea. But there so damn expensive and wasn't sure if I could find one to fit my specific boat anyways. So I decided to try to make one. I used 2" aluminum tubing since I already had some of this size tubing already. I might mold the platform out of fiberglass or just wood. It stands 20" tall with a platform area of 45"x22" I think it came out ok what you think. I still got a little more welding to do but its 99% welded together.
