Hello fellow Glassers. I came to this site share some information and gain some insight too ! I am the proud owner of a 1970 Rubbermaid "Wooster Hellion". Not sure if there are many owners of these little boats on this site. There is currently a company attempting to re-create them, called the Hellion II. These are a neat little 8 ft gems designed to use only a "9.9", but I have seen them with larger ! Dad bought this new when I was a kid, never got to ride in it, as the steering cable broke and it sat in the barn for 40 years before I drug it out and fixed it. Found a good 1963 Elgin 14hp to put on it, looking forward to summer to try it out. My "other" boat is a 37' Marinette. My ultimate dream would be to find a Glastron/Carlson Scimitar T-top, those are the ultimate in disco era cool.

Type in rubbermaid or hellion and in "Find posts from" change the date to" A year ago" "And older". you'll see a few posts and a pictures of some. Cool little boat ! looks like a lot of fun !
