TOPIC: Board Messed up !!!!!!!!!!!!

Smileys do not work, tried a dozen times ! Can't edit ! cause the menu bar is overlapping where I want to edit . you can't read the edit button, ..then I tried to send report to moderator, and I get a message ..... would not function ????? whats going on all of a sudden
