TOPIC: Change main post?

Change main post? 5 years 5 months ago #140016

My main post title says my Cutter Jet De Ville is a 1969. It's a 1959. It was my mistake.

I'm wondering if an administrator here could fix it? It's in the sub forum for Member's Projects.

Thanks!

Hello, World!!

Yes, somebody did it for me Ken, but I'm terrible, I forget who!

Just finished prepping the interior of the Jet Deville for the (deck on hull) transom install tomorrow a.m. Lots of fun grinding fully clothed in direct sunlight on a 85+ degree day, but it's ready, and so is the transom and knee braces. I think...

Sill want to glass the bottom drain from the inside so I know where it is and can drill it a bit bigger once the transom is in, resin and mat it, ream it out and install the drain. Engine well drain is gonna be gone anyways, will just redo it. It is high and off center anyways.

I've spent a lot of time (and resin and mat) making sure the transom is absolutely sealed. Look to be getting closer all the time.
