I just drove 14 hours from St.Pete to Cincy, So I'm a Bit tired to look. What is it ?

It seems to me that ANY aluminum jon boat could be sawn in half and pieces welded on the ends. A couple hinges, handles and lock pins would finish it off. Actually, I'd be willing to bet that it's homemade.
