That's (from what I can see in that photo) a 16 foot late 1958 or early 1959 WHITEHOUSE DOLPHIN, that was built in Ft Worth, TX.
(I used to own one & they are NICE, well-built, tough, relatively smooth-riding boats that would "run on Lake Texhoma" well. = That lake is often ROUGH!)

IF you are:
1. Close to the location,
2. You can get it titled & registered
and
3. An offer of 300.oo for the hull & trailer would be (imVho) appropriate, as it LOOKS complete.

A "tower of power" dockbuster would be FINE for power.
(I had a "hopped-up" Mark 78A on mine & it would ruin an honest 35MPH, pulling two skiers.)
