Someone really put a lot of work into that. Nice looking rig. Seems a little underpowered, but fine for slow cruising. I wonder if he'll get the asking price.

I remember seeing this listing last summer. It's a no-thrills boat but it looks really cool, and the restorer did a nice job.

What kind of power do you think would have been stock for that? 40 hp?

I think they were rated for 55 or 65 hp max. I've seen a few with the old fat fifties on the back. I had a 65 on mine, now it's got a 70. For thrills, take one out on a gusty day and catch a few crosswind gusts while under power. Mine will heel over like a sailboat, you'll think it's never going to correct. I think it's a combination of high wind profile, high center of gravity, and hull design. But I still love it. Always gets thumbs-up at the dock.
