My daughter-in-law just bought a non-running outboard that was sold by Gamble stores. It has a plate that says mix a quart of 30 wt. automotive oil with one gallon of gasoline. Can that be possible? I had suggested she run 24:1 as my Firestone motor of that age ran fine on that mixture.
