TOPIC: Weekend road trip

Hi All,
This is for the Virginia Beach area members.
I sould have posted this earlier but ????
I will be in Virginia Beach this weekend for an event. An was wondering if you can give me some names of some cool little out of the way eateries from the local area ?
I like to experience the local culture, and locally made brews, rather than going to the same old, same old chains, touristy places, and mass produced brews.
I’ll be staying along the water at 36th and Atlantic Ave.
Any hints and tips are appreciated !

I've got a good friend (Don) who lives up there Chuck, I'll drop him a line and see if he has any suggestions.

I'm going to visit the Maritime Museum to get a copy of my hull card while over that way..... 1939 CC hull 71475 model 925
