TOPIC: Getting Ready for the Garden

Getting Ready for the Garden 11 years 7 months ago #76224

No one said it was pretty but it does work well. After sitting at least 11 months without even looking at it it fired right up. They just don't make them like this anymore. Post your if you have one or something like it. I love tractors. Where's that Teramite John?

NO gardening anytime soon in Minneapolis area. Here is a picture of what I see out of my home office window on 11 April 2013.

I have two John Deere toys. The green tractor is a model 180. She has a snow blower attachment. The push mower is a John Deere.
With my 8.9 acres I wish I did have a larger tractor, but these have to do the job

The Gravely made short work of my 1 1/2 acre. I had a Sears and it was totally worn out in five years.

\"too soon old,too late smart\" my pap

Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.“
