Cars were only transported four at a time and were covered with tarps until the big model year announcements were shown on TV?
Nylon stockings had seams?
Soda fountains were in every drug store?
You had to wrap a clothesline around a lawn mower pulley to start it?
Television was free to anyone who had an antenna?
All young boys carried pocket knives...even to school?
There were drive-in movies?
People bought $1.00 worth of gas?
Women wore dresses, heels and hats?
Everyone dressed for train and plane travel?
Walmart didn't exist?
People used maps to travel?
Candy bars and cokes were a nickel?
All boats were made of wood?
Everyone worked on their own boats in the boatyard?
There weren't cameras everywhere recording your every move?
There were TV repairmen?
You could smoke anywhere?
Hardware stores had tube testers?
All gas contained lead?
No one owned a computer?
