40 degrees and sunny here, at 10am. Wind chill makes it 34. Just a little too cold to do any meaningful work on the boats.

Here in Cincinnati, at noon it is 18 degrees but with the windchill ? it's 4 degrees

well greg, at 6am it was way to cold to get out of bed and go look....at 11:30 it is 17 with a windchill at 3...gues we are staying in...john

-26 real temp and -46 windchill this morning in Ely but didn't feel that bad when I took the dog for a walk. Below zero here until Thursday.

61 yesterday and 36 today.here in jersey.....and of course my cousin had to post a picture the other day to rub it in,, of it being 82 at their place in Ocala florida

Here in La Crosse they are talking a low tomorrow night of about -20 and a high on Wed. of about -5. That is without wind chill. Maybe about 5" of snow tonight to top it off. That should make it a little more interesting with the breezy conditions that will be included.
On Christmas the Mississippi was pretty much ice free. Now it is froze up pretty tight and the cold weather is just getting here. It looks like we will have plenty of ice for our annual " Fire on the Ice " party in 3 weeks. Bill |

Who cares? Too *%$&^##$** cold! Ely eh? Got a sister living in Bovey. If you walk in Ely bring your passport, never know when you step across the boarder into cold weather

Now they are saying -45 wind chill tomorrow morning. It gets to a point that it really doesn't matter how cold it is, it is just too damn cold. Tell me again why we stay up here?

Just watched the local weather, the wind chill warning is in your area, west of Shawano, we have a wind chill advisory meaning just -35 below 0. Makes for good ice so I can drive out and do some fishing in Sturgeon Bay.

I wonder how much it cost those polar bears to import a penguin to the north pole all the way from Antarctica!
Big chill coming here...15 degrees expected on Thursday. That's damned cold for South Carolina. |
