Still a sad day seeing my boat all covered up. I did take a moment to uncover it to try on some covers that came with the boat. My next project will be to remove the floor and the flotation foam and replace it. Looking forward to the boating season. I would like to see other Sea Cruisers, I just cant seem to find any.

I agree on the warmup sentiments. Can't wait to work on my little Niagara.

I don't think MFG made that many Sea Cruisers. I think I saw maybe one or two growing up. Niagaras, Westfields, and Edinboros were the bread and butter boats in the early to mid 60's - I saw tons of those back then.

In any case, Sea Cruisers are sweet boats!

Dave is right I grew up on lake Erie and until we found this one for Paul and Candy I had never seen one. They are a strikingly good looking Cuddy.

Onkyo, It was nice having you in the chat with us last night.

Paul's boat is a outboard boat. By the hole spacing it had twins on it at one time. Paul is looking at putting a 135 Johnson on it for now.

I think I will have to try mine out before I start my remodel. It has a 1983 115hp Johnson. Run Great. My wife love to fish, but my daughter is about to deliver triplets. That is when I will start my remediation, Ha-ha.

OMC Cross-Flow V4, great motors! HIGHLY recommend a carb cleaning/overhaul, fuel pump kit, and water pump impeller replacement before you even try to fire it up. I've brought 2 (115's) back to life after sitting a while and both were in dire need of some love first, don't take a chance on damaging a great motor. A compression check will tell you whether or not you have something worth the trouble, just my two cents.....

Triplets, OMG! Tell your daughter good luck Onkyo, and welcome aboard. "Honey, I'll be in the garage if you need me!" :P
