Does anyone have or know anyone or place that has for sale the plastic center section of a 1974 Gypsy 17 steer wheel? Any suggestions? See photo in picture, below. Thank you.

That's a pretty generic steering wheel used by many different manufacturers. The centers are all the same but the decal with the boat name is removable. Do you need the plastic center or just the name decal?
I first would check eBay for steering wheel inserts, might just get lucky.. Used boat steering wheel page 3.

The guys asking way too much but you can see it's the same wheel, different mfgr.

Those steering wheels were used by a lot of boat manufacturers back then. Long out of production, the best bet is to try to find one from a junk boat, or even easier, just replace the wheel.

Sometimes there would be a boat brand logo on them. Not sure for MFG - no good picture in old sales brochures to see.

Dave Nau - 1966 MFG Niagara with 1963 Mercury 350 (35hp) outboard and 1966 Tee Nee trailer. Second boat is a 1962 MFG Edinboro with a 1984 Evinrude 70hp and Holsclaw trailer.
