Posted an ad in the classified section for a 1964 or 65 Mercury 650 in-line 4 cylinder with a 2 blade bronze prop and a keyed control box. Also includes a spare distributor and 3 blade aluminum prop.

when you look at in in the Glassifieds it has electronic ing and no rope start more like 65

sorry my mistake to many post the last couple days read
saw another motor somwhere with a wrap that looked the same but with the wrap off had a solid state ing Charles |

Based on the serial number information it is 1964. The cowl does have a pull rope, and it is not electronic ignition.

Darn, Texas is big! I have a running 64 650. I'd be interested but I'd spend $400 in gas to pick up a $250 motor
