Looks like 68-69 vintage longshaft with power tilt/trim.
I just picked up its twin. Start with compression readings and see what you got.
Welcome aboard.

A bit more explanation on the 1250. They were built in 68& 69 only. They were the first of the 99 cid. motors but unlike the later 1150, 1350 & 1500 they still had the cross flow combustion chamber like the 1000 & everything else built prior to 68. They tend to be a bit less finicky than their direct charge cousins. They'll tolerate crumby fuel better with less tendency to burn pistons.
I have 6 or 7 of them around here & have been running one on my heavy old 16" fiberglass Starcraft since I built it out of parts about 10 years ago. She's never failed me & will run around 47 mph most days. Most parts for them are the same as the direct charge motors with the exception of the block & pistons which are specific to the 1250 only.

Good stuff Tim.

But the 1250 is even more unique than that.

The distributors are unique to only the 68-69 1250. They have a mechanism that throws advance at mid range then retards at WOT.

The crank shaft starting with the 1968 1250 is the same as all the 99 cube motors to follow tho :) Which seems weird to me.

As to value. Usually not much. I have about 15 various inline 6's that I never paid more than 250 for each. The hobby is fun for me because I can afford it :)

In perfect condition restored, now thats a whole different market.
