Looks like I need this:

It doesn't seem unreasonable but just checking to see if anyone has another source.

I think these retail at Mercury for $100 each!

That's a real good deal, trust me. Go for it Ken! Nothing like new trim hoses to make you upgrade everything else... they look so cool new!

I bought them, Frank. And put them on, but now need to get the tt working!

Last Fall I was able to hear the tt motor run at least in one direction so I figured it was worth working on it.

When I put the hoses on and put some 10w-30 oil in the pump I got nothing on the electrical, ie, no motor run, etc.

So, I need help diagnosing/ troubleshooting the issues.

Help!

If it runs one way Ken, it should run the other. If the motor works, and the pump is okay, it should do both. Hot wire it as suggested above and keep us posted!

solenoid?? put the black wire direct to the negative side of the battery then one at a time hit the blue and the green wire from the trim motor to the positive on the battery. green is commonly up and blue down.
you might find the solenoid is bad or your console switch is bad.
start at the trim motor and work your way forward.
good luck
