TOPIC: Powerhead Ala Cart

I've got a couple extra powerheads for parts. The 1000 is in a box and a pain to move around. The 700 has been takin' up my little red wagon I use to move things around the yard. Earlier this evening I was at the grocery a saw a new "cheap" tool store had opened up. Thinkin' a moving dolly might be the answer I stopped by. The dolly's were a little big and $20.00 each. Looked at wheels and they had swivel hard rubber casters for $2 each. Did the 700 tonight and will do the 1000 tomorrow.

Good looking cart me friend. Necessity is the mother of invention. I've got a moving dolly that's about 19" x 32", a spare I acquired and I plan on using it to move the 75hp Rude i got. Gonna post the new stand and hoist I'm building on the main forum tomorrow once it's done.

A pic of the bottom, cut out around the lower end cap. One of the long studs was bent so I just cut out around them. Doubled the plywood on this one to use fewer washers.

Excellent, with two layers you can probably put a tank on there!
