TOPIC: need part digram for a Merc 100

This is and older motor with a alumimum hood. What I realy need is the whole pull start digram. I got parts missing.

Hi, Mike, is this a 10hp model "100" Twin or a 100 hp Inline Six? The last Merc 1000-6 with a recoil starter would've been around '64 or so. A pic would help pin down the year.

www.boats.net has a nice interface for looking up parts, but they only go back to around '68 or so.

Note there are 2 different selections for Mercury stuff, if you don't see your motor listed in one, try the other.

Ok, didn't see the pic the first time. This site has a parts listing for your motor but unfortunately no diagram. Mebbe one of the other Guru's has a link to a diagram.

Just drill thru to your model # and this one does have a picture, it's not very good but it's better than none!

Heres the seral number 1350499 Thats makes it a 1960 Mike aka the pirate

goto ishop marine site and click mercury then look under 100 150 200 250
it is there.part###'s and all.

Ok after looking at the parts it looks like need the whole pull start assmebley. So if anybody has one let me know.
