I scoured Hartford Craigslist for hours looking for it and could not find it. I know Dave said Fairfield but no matter how I typed it i could not find it.

goto craigs list click on us cities click on conneticut click on fairfield county suburb NYC then scroll down to fri oct 14 may take 2 or more pages by now it is the 2nd one down on the 14th it says mercury 115 hp long shaft $500.00

That is a long shaft motor with a 5 inch extension. So its an XL long motor at this point.

the Tahiti i just brought home had an older Mer650 on it..it has an extension piece on it? what was the purpose ..converting short to long/standard.

Yes Matt it just made your 15 inch motor work on a 20 inch transom boat.
Neil I have 3 1500's now. 1 runner and 2 that need work. |
