outstanding i reposted it to face book.
I watched a man drown when I was on the USS Bryce Canyon after he removed the safety line and walked off the fantail of the ship. It was just like he said it was. We couldnt lower a boat due to 10 ft swells and by the time we got a swimmer out he went under.
