My current motor has a 13P prop....i have anothe rmotor that has a 14p..would there be any difference?
the 13p if I remeber last year i was puching around 4800 rpm mark ?

It will lower your rpm's even more. If that 50HP is a Merc, you need to actually go to a lower pitch prop. Your already at the bottom of the rpm range or below it, if it's an older Merc, as the low end for them was 5200 rpm.

...just brought motor home w/ a good prop? was thinking I could use it for a spare..after I posted this was thinking I would want a 12p to gain more.
