Hi To All
Although according to my profile it's been 17 months since I last posted here , some of you may remember me.
Over those months I've been incredibly busy. I & a partner have acquired a huge ( 123,000 sq. ft.) old factory building. We've been in the process of rejuvenating this old thing to house Toy Storage Inc. which will provide storage for anyone's "grown Up" toys.
It also is the new home of Paradise Boat Works. At long last I'll have one home for my shop , my 300 or so outboards , my dozen or so boats & all of the stuff that goes along with them.
This may sound like advertising but I really just wanted to let my friends here know that now that I'm getting settled in I'll have more time to participate in these forums & offer whatever assistance & insight I can. Also , if anyone has been trying to contact me my new Email is This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
Hope to be of help again.

I've seen Tim's "compound" -- tons of room for everything!

Tim, are you planning to come to hammondsport for the day?

Welcome back to the forum Tim. We missed you. Glad to hear that you were able to make Toy Storage Inc. a reality. I've been enjoying that beautiful Merc 1150 "Tower of Power" that you built for me. I've been wanting to call you but I figured that you were probably pretty busy. The motor is running beautifully. See picture attached. Matt

123,000 square feet. Shut up!

My planned 2,600 square feet building will have size envy!
