TOPIC: Mark 35a Magneto Question

Ok I picked up a Mark 35a and have looked it over fairly well but there is no spark the magneto has new points and condenser and looks like a new coil as well. does any one have a link to a Mercury branded FM .. (fairbanks Morris???) Magneto Service Manual? I dont have a serial # off ti with me here.. but its a 59 Mark 35a. Also the Flywheel has a mark that is 0 degrees then a line about 20 off from there after the 0. Its unclear from the Service documents on Andy's page as to what timming mark I should use when checking the timming. as of now the Magneto Drive pully lines up with the one about 20 off from 0 degrees TDC. Any help would be great! Thanks
