TOPIC: MERC 850 in-line filter
MERC 850 in-line filter 15 years 1 week ago #33813

While attempting to replace a cracked and weathered fule line on the filter housing I broke the barbed piece off.
 Would anyone have a spare or can I just eliminate the merc filter set up and install a inline filter? Wondering about fuel pressure issues and well filteration? |

What does ??? Really ??? mean Matt? Are you referring to it being almost half a day with no response? Be patient...someone will. I myself can't see why an inline filter couldn't suffice.

yep that was what hte really was for?
thought maybe I need to upload the pics of it... SO I can just use a quality in line filter in its place, unless I can locate a replacement cover or filter unit. THANK YOU... |
