TOPIC: OK not classic or old Tune up infor for 1999 15 hp

Does any one have a manual they could scan the tune up procedures for the following engine and maybe the impeller replacement procedure. Its a friends engine and I just havent worked on one like this myself. If it were mine I would just dive in and figure it out but its not so...
