Heat Gun or hair dryer, heat entire decal slowly then concentrate on one corner. using the gun, heat up and pull up a corner. Try to keep the heat concentrated at the point of removal. if you do it right you will have little adhesive left on the motor itself. use Goof-Off to remove any excess.
