if a boat is only operated 3 days a year with a total of 27 gallons of gas burned (9 gal. tank) how often do the plugs need to be changed. i've been running my 700 now for three years on the same plugs. ron

look at them and see if they need cleaning and are worn. my guess is cleaning will be good they will last a long time at that rate of usage.

I have a friend in the CMBA here in the UK who is running 1976 500 on its ORIGINAL plugs! Always starts & runs well, although it has never done many hours a year.
