Other than its Mammoth size is there anyone out here that has experience with the Mercruiser II TR Drive Unit? Ford 351 MCM TR motor

I have the manuals for the motor and outdrive but I am looking for info/parts/spare unit(??)

The unit I have is Very Well Used. It needs a prop shaft seal that I know of but I am not sure if it will come apart that easy. I could be wrong it has been serviced over the years but it is V.W.U.
