It looks like you need a first gen rideguide steering rod and grooved cable connector. Your steering rod is a gen 2 style and not compatible. A gen 1 setup is on eBay now. Also regardless of gen 1 or 2 the curved end goes to the cable, flat onto motor. It looks like you have a tilt tube that adapts a gen 1 cable set up to your motor so someone already swapped this out, I think Dave was thinking you needed this but that was before you posted last pic.
You are also missing the piece that bolts to the motor as the steering rod connection point.
