Well I had it on and off and on and off 4 times until I got the shift linkage right. I was ready to ask for help, but I just worked the old brain (70) and figured out how it works. Last time I called Dave Bernard. So It is ready for a good day in the barrel. I even wrote it down too.
I am selling my 71 Skiflite next spring and this motor will go on it if I can't come up with another outboard. Rather keep it though.
