TOPIC: Worst Crazing Ever?

Should I sand it down to the glass? Or just sand down part way and skim coat it with 3M Premium Marine Filler to fill them before I re-gelcoat?

Post pics if you have even worse crazing!

Bottom Side.

My 1957 EnduraCraft was almost that bad. I used 2 part epoxy paint and it filled in all the crazing, I did sand it down good first.

How long ago? And how well has it held up?

I sanded mine down to the fiberglass. The hull was not as bad as the deck. The deck is going to be a real b__ch. I just got the bottom done. I'm not sure I have any pics of the deck on this puter. Someone made one hell of a mess with sanding and painting before. The whole boat was like this. This one is of the deck and is lousey but the only one on this puter. I took it down to the fiberglass and filled them. I then glazed the whole bottom. Now I'm going to flip the boat and do the top.

Now that's just down right ugly.

It's amazing what twenty minuets, and $5.00 worth of sand paper can do.

Hey, is that paint, or Gel-coat? It looks like it laid down just perfect.
