TOPIC: 1958 Glasspar Del Mar project Southern California

Yeah, I've been working on this project for a year.
Here are some early pics. I've gotten quite a way into her, but really want to hit the lakes this June, so going wide open throttle now. I'm not a perfectionist, more like a hacker, so be friendly.

So, windows were a drag. They are not quite finished, but getting closer. I don't do as good as many of you expert restorers, but I just want to have some fun with my boat. I really can't stand the atwood steering wheel, so I think Ima buy new steering hardware and throttleworks. Is that ok with everyone else? Or am I breaking old boat taboo?

This is my boat today. I've been working on it for a year and have made a little progress. I don't do as nice a job as most blokes on this forum. I'd just like to get it in the water

This boat didn't have windows. I tried using windshield rubber, but ended up ripping it up in the process and had to abandon that train of thought. I ended up making plywood frames and epoxying glass into it, then screw and glue to the hull. Lastly, plywood on the outside. Its a mess I know, but it hung me up for months. Just trying to get wet.

Got this old 1960 merc 300. Can someone tell me what propeller would be a good fit with my boat? That would be greatly appreciated.
