TOPIC: Found Hustler Boat looking for any info.....

Where these good boats?
Hard finds? or not so much saught after?

ran across one interior is in tact.from what i cn tell has original motor too...needs some work though....

any help w/ info would be great....not a Glastron GT....

I had a 15' Hustler at one time. Set mine up with a single seat, center steering and a 1989 Jonson 140 looper. Low water pickup and the propshaft about an inch below the bottom of the boat turning a re-hubbed 29" SRX. Was an absolute rocket. They have quite a following and alot can be read on them by going to Scream and Fly on the web. What length is your Hustler?

All I could think of was the modern go-fast boats. A friend has a Talon and it's a great boat. It is not mine I found one fairly close to me and if I can get some info on it I might just go look at it.
The guy is running a 115 on it..looks like something from the early Batman era.lol....

The one I had was a later version apparently. The whole boat was about 3' high and 15' long. Very fast pad bottom on it. I believe Hustler was built to compete against Hydrostream but not sure. As I said earlier... Check Scream and Fly and get the history.
