TOPIC: 1958 Johnson Flywheel Nut

1958 Johnson Flywheel Nut 10 years 10 months ago #98854

Hey fellow boaters. I'm rebuilding my '58 Johnson 35. Just need the flywheel nut. It is a 9/16 18 treads per inch and looks like tubing on one end. Anybody have one?

It is the only thing that I need to complete the rebuild.

Its nothing special. Its a 9/16ths NF (National Fine..18TPI) and the "tubing" is a Nylock locknut. Any hardware store/box store should have them, or order from Fastenal.

Simple 9/16ths NF Nylock locknut.
