P-14's are some of the hardest boats to pin down. They were made sort of like a franchise business where any potential manufacturer bought a license and molds to produce the boat model. There is more info in the Library on P-14 boats.

Relevant to you, Hiway Products made the Seaswirl and P-14 boats in Canby, Oregon. These tiny brochure images show both. I do not know the year of this brochure:
