TOPIC: floor is down.

floor is down. 12 years 7 months ago #82601

ok bought my 3 inch flex hose, there was nothing with three inch OD. hard case to use. drilled my intake in the small piece of floor in the rear, formed a bracket to hold the hose in the center track, put two tubes into the other stringers to vent to those tracks. will vent with 1/2" cpvc pipe for the two end tracks and vent with a U to keep water out. I glued the center of piece of floor down and i bought some small head composite screws to hold it down. i can screw these below the floor to keep from protruding in the fiberglass. there were pan head screws in the original floor. i feel pretty good with this set up. i am locating the blower on the transom to keep from putting a huge hole in the floor. sorry i went off the deep end in the earlier posts. I panicked.
