TOPIC: Weird random Glastron find

So I was cruising around some of the older marinas around town just looking for "stuff" I was about to leave without finding anything and this baby caught my eye in the back of the yard betwixt all the big cruisers. It definitely in really rough shape but nothing that can't be repaired by the right person. It's missing just about everything. I did some research and they only made this version in 1968-69.

NEAT & (probably)RARE Glastron. - I've lived for a goodly while within 2 hours or less of the Glastron factory & never actually have seen one of those "in the flesh".

Poor old GT-160, I would love to have one of those. That's one of the only glastrons I would sell my jetflite for. (the wife says 3 boat max)

Maybe you can use the "Three Running Boats Rule" That states as long as you do not go over three running boats the participant can collect as many as possible as parts or future projects or just for the sake of keeping others from having it. Women have the same rule regarding shoes.

I couldn't even imaging trying to find the correct parts for this boat. I think the best bet would be to try and find the owner to see if he still has them. Otherwise it could be an enormous headache.

That rig is in rough shape. One of our Conn or MASS members had a NICE
red one for sale maybe a year or so ago.. They can be a tad heavy
in rear to get on plane.. Heard you need a 115hp min. ?
