TOPIC: PHOTOS of 1971 CROSBY 16ft Utility/Runabout PLEASE

Friends,

I may be about to "fall heir to" a 1971 Crosby 16ft utility/runabout on a trailer, with the windshield FAR forward. - IF I do a "restore"/"fix-up", I'd like a photo(s) of what it looked like when new.
(It was said to be complete but disassembled, when the PO died.)

Perhaps I'm blind, but I don't find a photo of any Crosby "sled" after than 1960.
Also the suggested HP rating would be NICE, if anyone has it.

The current owner BELIEVES the Crosby is a 1971 BUT thinking about it, I'm NOT so sure.

The ONLY number that I can find on the hull is: 96091.
(I'm wondering if it might be a 1969, as some makers inverted the first 2 or last 2 numbers for the year model????)

ANY IDEAS, Experts????

Looks like a late fifties Crosby to me

He responded to my query about a 1957-60 I had considered. He couldn't help definitively, but gave me his best guess & suggested a few resources to check..

As many EXPERTS as we have here, I just knew that someone would have photos of sleds.
(Trying to put a Crosby sled back together w/o a photo of what it looked like will be "interesting" at best.)

BY JOVE that's CLOSE, so the Crosby Sled that I've found must be in the '60s or NOT later than a '71!
(The PO's neice has a tax receipt from the county dated in March '71, when the taxes were paid on boat/motor/trailer.)

I don't suppose that you have a photo of the interior, do you?

Sorry for posting after 4 months, but I haven't been on in a while.

According to the info in the library section the Crosby line stopped in 1967. I happen to have a 1967 Crosby and am always looking for more info about them.
