I know a number of us spent much of the weekend devoted to graduations. Lets see some photos of the proud parents, parents-in-laws, grandparents, whatever.

This is our oldest, Kathryn MacLaren Lawson, on graduating from the State University of New York at Albany.

Our daughter-in-lay Kimmy Marino Alguire, with her parents in their backyard after getting her masters in special education at SUNY - College at Fredonia (west of Buffalo NY) Saturday afternoon.

As an added treat, i got to take a picture of one of our U.S. senators (Shumer) and got to shake his hand just after he came in near where I was seated to give a short un-scheduled talk at the end of the graduation.

Way to go grads! No graduation here this year, but my son will be graduating high school next year. I did get baptised today and Karl Malone was even there. Does that count? :)

Yes, I spent my weekend watching my oldest graduate from University of North Texas.
My youngest will graduate high school in a few weeks, then head off to college and my middle child is still working on her pre-Med degree up at Rhodes College in Memphis.

I may be in the college poor-house but I am as proud as can be! :)
