TOPIC: Finally Got My Hourston In The Water!

Finally Got My Hourston In The Water! 12 years 10 months ago #65432

Last summer, a friend of mine, who has a few classics, bought a Skiff, and didn't need his little 73 15.6' Hourston Glascraft anymore. So, my wife was in the market for an easy to load and unload boat, so we picked it up from him. We were very excited. Thing was, it took forever to get the thing into the drink! Between having a baby, and crap weather up here in BC, we were having a hell of a day getting it to the lake.

Finally, last Tuesday, a friend and I grabbed the families, and the Hourston, and I brought my Chris Craft, and we went for a boat ride. It was great seeing it in the water finally.

Anyway, here are a couple pictures, and a short video I took.
