Is the Interlux Prekote a "Filler Primer"? I see that it has microspheres for build-up, so I assume it is a filler as well as a primer. I rethought the process for painting my Hydrodyne, and have come to this conclusion: 2 coats of West System 105 Resin, 2 coats of Prekote and then 2 coats Brightsides. Any thoughts?
