Lone Star Boat crashed military jet 14 years 10 months ago #602

Two workers at the Grand Prairie, TX plant of Lone Star Boat Mfg. Co. were killed on 02 February 1954 when a military F-80 Shooting Star jet aircraft crash landed there. The pilot ejected before the crash and is credited with steering away from the main factory building with 100 workers inside. The jet crashed in the storage yard.
