TOPIC: Disappointed.............

So, just where do ya go when your peers rip you off? yes some of us are not what we appear to be. how do you get the message out to your freinds that if you make a deal on boat parts, you may just get ripped off. I put a message on another site and it was immediatly removed....no names where given, but "against policy" was the reason. I told them to remove me from the site as I will not post there anymore. I am very disapointed.......
or do I let my freinds take the same chance I did and end up....disappointed

how about a "rants and rave" fourm.

Very sorry to hear that. I am a member of another site that will not be named and I'm much, much happier here than there. In fact I haven't posted there in months. Lots of slamming and bickering there, just got tired of it. Sometimes you couldn't even ask a newbie question without some wise crack. I know that's not everyone but it gets very discouraging. I've had nothing but great experiences here with everyone. Just my opinion for what's it's worth.

I have to agree with both of you. I did belong to a different site and found out the hard way if you wern't in there top 10% of poster you were basicly nothing. Ask a question or give a not 100 percent correct awnser to one and they would jump all over you. I don't post alot but I really like it here and I know that here there are no dumb questions. Skip.

I agree with you jeff and if you wouldn't have sent me the whole email I wouldn't believe it but they both read this,and i guess just keep passing the e mail around to others til you are paid back or get merchandise, I my self have not had a problem with either one,,good luck Bill

It's a shame that you had problems... I've been involved in various transactions with different people on this site, all of which have involved a lot of trust, and haven't had any real problems with any of them. The only problems I've ever had were caused by my forgetfulness, not sending things out as soon as I should have! I hope you are able to resolve this.
