TOPIC: Rare ...Gerstner Steering Wheel need information.

Tis a rare find, no known information on when this was made only tag on assembly says Gerstner Manufacturing Company. I have this beauty on a 1958 Pipestone. It has motor controls on colum, but right now controls on side but returning to rightful place with new cables and handles back in place ( have to make these.). Any help would be great. Looking for someone that knows where to get wheel and button restored. :

hi kjon welcome,i restore old steering wheels for fg members,i see that is going to need some pins put in it,so it doesnt break all the way through.

the center cap looks like it will need to e sent to a chromer,let me know and i will send my adress,john .p.s. it may take awhile im doing one for another fg member ,and i have a huge honey do list,lol,john
