TOPIC: SCOTT BOAT TRAILER MAKER INFO WANTED

THANKS FIBERGLASSICS IAM NOW A NEW MEMBER. I GOT A 1962 ROYAL SCOTT DELUXE 15 SWIM&SKI WITH THE ROYAL SCOTT 43.7 CUSTOM O/B AND THE ROYAL SCOTT TRAILER WHAT I'AM LOOKING FOR IS WHO MADE THE BOAT TRAILER,ALSO THE -SCOTT-NAME PLATE THAT WENT ON THE SIDE OF THE TRAILER. [ SOMEONE PAINTED OVER IT ] THANKS IF ANYONE CAN HELP

Welcome aboard, we can all hear you just fine so you don't have to shout. The name tag, is it stamped or just sorta painted on a sticker. If it's stamped you can use mineral spirits or laquer thinner to gently wipe it down. Sometimes you can do that with a printed sticker but it's touchy. Maybe a light sanding with some 400 or 600 w/d.
