just received this vintage tach today..$26. it looks like new. prob won't work on my 700.

only has 2 wires out the back. the tach i'm using now has three. the needles move when i shake it, so it ain't stuck. i just love these old gauges. it matches the clock brian L. gave me. if it don't work i'll prob screw it to the wall next to my bed. hehe
