I just picked this boat up. Not sure of year but since it has a 12 character HIN it must be 1974 or newer. Built under License from Aqua Sport in Canada under the name of Sport Craft model Super Sport.
Anyone have any info? She was always garage kept has only been out in the weather about 2 weeks and is in real great shape. I didn't see any stress cracks to be truthful. Small repair from where she bumped a rock at the stern but that was about it. I did the same post over at the Aqua Sport site but I can figure out how to post a pic over there. Keeps saying my image is invalid. I did get a trailer and the merc is real sweet. I may upgrade that to an 80 with T&T I have or I just may leave well enough alone.

Thank you!!
Jim

Model Name/Description: SUPER SPORT V-143
Boat Type: Outboard Boats
Hull Material: Fiberglass

Looking at it you would assume it is older. Once I have it home (need to replace a leaf spring on the trailer) I will photo it some more and post.

Some people are like slinkies... Not much good for anything, but they sure are fun to push down the stairs.

I have to be the sceptic here. (V-143=glastron) - (supersport=glastron) (the bow=1960's glastron supersport V143), Those colors=1960s, However the Hull design itself reminds me of my 1978 Glastron GT150 as does the windshield. But I am sure the aquasport people know more than me. Where did you find those guys? Anyway, just my observations, I am no know it all.
BTW, does the HIN begin with GLA ??
Very pretty girl you have there, congrats.

the info pasted below is out of the NADA Guide;

1984 AQUASPORT/LAVAL BOATS
SUPER SPORT V-143
Length: 14'
Model Name/Description: SUPER SPORT V-143
Boat Type: Outboard Boats
Hull Material: Fiberglass
Beam: 5' 7"
Engine: N/A
Net Weight: 600

I am not sure how connected Aquasport/Laval is to Aquasport but on one of the tags it appears to be under license. Again I really do not read French but to me the word look like license.
My HIN is ZAS00560M84G
I will have it home tomorrow and will photo it and provide more info. The Aquasport folks are here at www.classicaquasport.com/phpbb3/

I truly thought she was a sixties boat but turns out to be a 1984!
Who Knew!?!?! LLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLookin good with a Merc on her back. I wonder if this sweet innocent looking little thing can take the abuse of a tall tower of power!?!?! GRRRRRRRRRRRRR~!

Got her home safe and sound. Buff Wax touch up and go. The motor sounds nice. Pretty clean as a package over all.
